Villa Cascade

Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

This project involved the extension of an existing private villa to create a new, self‑contained unit for the client’s son. The design wraps around the existing plot, forming a new courtyard and pool at the heart of the property. A bridge connection links the existing villa to the new extension, allowing the two units to function both independently and together. From the street, the new addition is expressed as a distinct architectural element, providing visual contrast to the original villa while maintaining a harmonious overall composition. This approach creates a layered, modern character while respecting the context and the client’s wish for a clear identity between old and new.
